This 2012 Caterpillar 140M2 VHP Plus motor grader, with 2,896 hours on the meter, is powered by a 243 HP Caterpillar C9.3 Acert 9.3L 6-cylinder diesel engine and features a powershift transmission with 8 forward and 6 reverse gears, providing excellent control and flexibility on the job. Equipped with a differential lock, this grader ensures maximum traction for tough grading conditions.
The enclosed cab offers both AC and heat for comfort, along with an AM/FM radio and a rear camera for added safety. It is also equipped with a Trimble GCS900 GPS laser grade control system, featuring a Trimble base and rover, including an SPS985 rover antenna, Zephyr Mode 2 base antenna, and SPS855 base radio (915 SS frequency), along with a Trimble tablet data collector for precise grading operations.
The grader comes with a 14-foot moldboard featuring tip control, side shift, and a circle slip clutch for accurate and efficient material management. Additional features include a front-mounted push block and a rear ripper with three shanks for enhanced digging and grading capability. The machine rides on 14.00R24 tires, offering stability and durability across a range of terrain.
